Liposomal Hydroxy B12™ is a slow-release, long-acting form of vitamin B12. Hydroxocobalamin may help your body maintain more steady levels of B12. Like the methylcobalamin form, hydroxocobalamin is highly absorbed, yet, its slower release time may be better tolerated by certain people.
Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin necessary for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system, enhanced cognition, and for the metabolic utilization of fats and proteins. It is also essential for the synthesis of DNA during cell division and therefore is especially important for rapidly multiplying cells, such as blood cells. In addition, it may support healthy homocysteine levels, cardiovascular health and neurological health.
Ingredients
Two pumps (0.5 ml) contain:
Vitamin B12 (as hydroxocobalamin) - 1,000 mcg
Proprietary Blend‡ - 50 mg
Lecithin (from sunflower) (non-GMO)
Glycerin (from sustainable palm) (kernel)
Other Ingredients: Purified water, natural flavors, stevia extract (steviol glycosides), potassium sorbate.
Suggested Use
Take 2 pumps (0.5 mL) per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use.
